It’s bigger than the underseat size, but fits the usual cabin size (55 × 40 × 20 cm): it travels in the overhead locker. Rules vary from one airline to another: always check the ones on your ticket.
What capacity do I need for my trip?
Allow 20 to 30 litres for two nights, 40 to 55 litres for a week, and over 60 litres for a long trip or for two.
Is it rainproof?
Nylon and Oxford fabric are light and dry quickly; they handle rain better than canvas. A wipe with a sponge is all it takes to clean them.
How should I store it between trips?
Empty it, let it dry open, then store it away from light. A soft bag folds; stuff a leather bag so it keeps its shape.

How do I clean it?
