Will it fit in the cabin?
Compare the dimensions in the specifications with your airline’s size limit, shown on your ticket. Rules vary from one airline to another: always check the ones on your ticket.
What capacity do I need for my trip?
Allow 20 to 30 litres for two nights, 40 to 55 litres for a week, and over 60 litres for a long trip or for two.
Is it rainproof?
Nylon and Oxford fabric are light and dry quickly; they handle rain better than canvas. A wipe with a sponge is all it takes to clean them.
How should I store it between trips?
Empty it, let it dry open, then store it away from light. A soft bag folds; stuff a leather bag so it keeps its shape.

Every bag is sent protected in its original packaging. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email us: that's what lets us handle the claim without any back-and-forth.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 7 to 9 days for France, Belgium and Switzerland. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Can I return it if it isn't right?

Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return it to us. Email us with your order number and we'll tell you what to do.
