Is it comfortable over a long day?

It's the back panel and straps that make the difference, not the capacity. Wear it high, with the straps adjusted so the weight sits on your shoulders rather than your lower back, and pack the heaviest items against your back rather than at the bottom.

How do I look after the leather?

A dry cloth after every trip, and a colourless conditioning lotion twice a year. Leather likes neither water nor radiators: if it gets caught in the rain, let it dry away from any heat source, or it will stiffen. It darkens over time, which is normal.

Can I return it if it isn't right?
