Questions we’re often asked

Will it get through cabin security?
Liquids must fit in a clear one-litre bag, each under 100 ml. The wash bag holds everything else: toothbrush, razor, solid toiletries.
Is it waterproof?
Care depends on the material, shown in the specifications: if in doubt, use a damp cloth and let it air-dry.
How should I pack it in my suitcase?
Flat on top, so you can take it out first at the hotel without unpacking everything.
How do I look after it?
Empty it, wipe the inside with soapy water and leave it open to dry.

Choosing well: kids' wash bag

A school pencil case goes through a whole school year: opened and closed several times a day, thrown into a school bag, forgotten in a playground.

This model offers Pencils, felt tips, rubbers, small school accessories, at Standard size. It is one of the most affordable in our kids' wash bag range.

The zip is the weak point: it's the first thing to go, long before the fabric. Compare with Kids' Plush Unicorn Wash Bag with Embroidered Eyes, from the same range.

  • A wide opening that shows all the contents
  • A size that fits in the school bag without filling it
  • Reinforced corner seams
  • A base that stands up on a desk
  • Room to write the child's name

It is made of clear PVC and closes with a colourful zip.

Empty it once a term: it's the accumulated weight of broken pencils that ends up forcing the zip. The rest of the selection is in the kids' wash bag.

A clear pencil case saves turning everything out to find a pen, and can be checked at a glance before leaving.

Storage: single main compartment.

FAQs

Is the canvas rainproof?

It copes with a shower, but it isn't a waterproof bag: in steady rain, water eventually gets in through the seams and zip. For a laptop or papers, use a separate pouch.

Can I return it if it isn't right?

Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return it to us. Email us with your order number and we'll tell you what to do.

Is there a discount code?

Yes: BAG15 gives you 15% off your order.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 7 to 9 days for France, Belgium and Switzerland. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
