Questions we’re often asked

Can I take it in the cabin?
Generally yes, it fits in your hand luggage. Airlines require power banks to travel in the cabin, never in the hold.
How do I look after it?
Care depends on the material, shown in the specifications: if in doubt, use a damp cloth and let it air-dry.

Sleep mask: how to choose

In the cabin, the lights stay on for part of the flight and creep in around the nose on most flat masks. The travel accessories to slip into your suitcase range brings together the other sizes.

This model measures Adjustable from 52 to 60 cm head circumference. It sits at the top end of our sleep mask range.

The blackout that matters

The blackout that matters

Side blackout decides: a flat mask always lets a sliver of light in around the nose. In the same range, Total Blackout Memory Foam 3D Sleep Mask meets the same need.

  • An adjustable strap that leaves no marks
  • A fabric that doesn't stick to the skin
  • A washable lining
  • Light enough to forget once it's on
  • A storage pouch

It is made of 100% mulberry silk and fastens with a wide, adjustable Velcro strap.

Sleeping on the plane

Sleeping on the plane

Adjust the strap before you settle in: tightened at the last minute, the mask presses on your temples and stops you sleeping.

A contoured mask leaves space in front of the eyes, which suits anyone who dislikes contact on their eyelids.

The lining is soft silk.

FAQs

What size should I choose for a trip?

Go generous rather than tight: a bag packed to the brim won't close on the way back, when you're bringing something home. The exact dimensions are on this page — that's the measurement to compare, not the volume in litres, which brands calculate differently.

Does it come in several colours?

Yes, 8 colours are available on this page. Pick yours in the selector above the add-to-basket button.

How long does delivery take?

Allow 7 to 9 days for France, Belgium and Switzerland. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Can I return it if it isn't right?

Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return it to us. Email us with your order number and we'll tell you what to do.
